HR. 

The Brief

Advise a social purpose marketing agency on ways to champion health and well-being within their team. 

The Work

Created an Employee Assistance Programme, developed a pool of mental health resources and Mental Health First Aiders and introduced a new hybrid way of working. 

The Result

A motivated, engaged and more productive team, and a marketing agency with a demonstrable supportive culture. 


The Brief

Handle multiple recruitment briefs for a communications agency. 

The Work

Advised on industry salary bands, job roles and responsibilities, sourced candidates, managed the interview process and final offer negotiations, drafted and issued contracts and on-boarded the successful candidates. 

The Result

Multiple new team members successfully brought into the team, increasing agency capacity and output. 


The Brief

Set up and run an HR function for a growing health and beauty PR agency. 

The Work

Introduced new HR software, created a staff handbook, updated employee contracts, policies and processes, set up development plans, an appraisal process, training and benefit schemes, while dealing with all ad-hoc HR issues and recruitment. 

The Result

An agency with HR systems and processes in place and the basic HR foundations for any subsequent growth. 

The office. 

The Brief

Handle the facilities management for a small, start-up agency. 

The Work

Dealt with landlord and building managers, set up relevant health and safety and insurance policies, oversaw IT set up and all ad-hoc building issues. 

The Result

An agency with all the facilities and offices issues handled. 


The Brief

Co-ordinate two major office relocations for a beauty PR agency. 

The Work

Sourced new offices in both serviced and non-serviced buildings, negotiated a new lease, oversaw a major refurbishment, handled all supplier agreements and moved the entire London team. 

The Result

Two successful office moves in Central London in less than 5 years, with a 25% reduction in lease and facilities costs.


Events and project management. 

The Brief

Manage a sponsorship event and multiple projects for a health & wellness start-up. 

The Work

Ran a high profile investor event while also managing multiple stand-alone projects, from website creation to production schedules. 

The Result

Commitment of investment from multiple investors, the launch of two e-commerce sites and multiple new product lines. 


The Brief

Run team building sessions for a consumer PR agency. 

The Work

Created and co-ordinated a company away day session, psychological profiling, values and mission and vision for the future. 

The Result

A motivated team, clear of the agency’s own mission statement, values and plans for the future. 

IT. 

The Brief

Source and set up a new IT supplier for a healthcare agency. 

The Work

Selected and onboarded a new IT agency for a small media agency, and then transferring over their server to an Office 365/Sharepoint system. 

The Result

A fully operating IT function for the agency and ongoing support on hand as required.
